Edmonton, Alberta, October 30th, 2024 – Innovotech Inc. (TSX-V: IOT) (“Innovotech” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce conditional acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) of the acquisition of Keystone Labs Inc. (“Keystone”) as previously announced on September 11, 2024. The parties expect to close imminently, and a further press release will be disseminated upon closing.
The Company also announces that, as per TSXV policy, the final closing date of its private placement unit offering (the “Offering”), as previously announced on September 11, 2024, has been set for November 28, 2024, or earlier (the “Closing Date”). The terms of the Offering will remain the same up to and including the Closing Date.
